IGT Wins Slot Provider of the Year at ICE Barcelona, Marks 50th Anniversary

IGT collected three major awards at ICE Barcelona 2026, capping a week that celebrated the company's 50th anniversary in the gaming industry.

The International Gaming Awards named IGT "Slot Provider of the Year." The ICE Landmark Awards honored the company for its five decades of innovation. At the European Casino Awards, Everi, an IGT brand, won "Best Cash Handling Product" for its Premium Cash Redemption Terminal.

"We are incredibly honored to receive these prestigious industry awards during a milestone year for IGT," said Hector Fernandez, IGT CEO.

IGT's exhibition stand featured more than 100 electronic gaming machines under the theme "TOGETHER, Built to Win." The display ran across the company's full portfolio, covering gaming machines, systems, iGaming, sports betting, cash access, loyalty programs, and player engagement.

On the digital side, IGT gave Eternal Link its international debut. The omnichannel game is built for simultaneous land-based and online launch. The IGT PlayDigital team presented new online-original titles made specifically for mobile play, alongside established omnichannel content like Money Gong, Prosperity Link, and Tiger and Dragon.

The FinTech division focused on self-service payment solutions and cash handling tools through Everi's product line. IGT pitched the integration between Everi's payment technology and its own casino management systems as a draw for operators that want end-to-end solutions.

IGT completed its acquisition of Everi in 2024, combining IGT's content and systems with Everi's fintech and loyalty capabilities. The ICE presentation was one of the fullest displays of the combined portfolio since the deal closed.

The company is organized into three business units, Gaming, Digital, and FinTech, and serves casino, digital, and hospitality operators in regulated markets worldwide. IGT is headquartered in Las Vegas.
