We try to keep this simple. iGamingNews.io is a news site, not a data business, so we collect as little as we can get away with and we never sell what we have.

You can read the whole site without telling us anything about yourself. If you sign up for the newsletter, we keep your email so we can send it. We use basic analytics to see which stories people read. We do not sell your data, and you can unsubscribe or ask us to delete your details at any time.
The only personal information we ask for directly is your email address, and only if you choose to subscribe to our newsletter. Beyond that, like almost every website, our servers and analytics record a few technical details automatically:
We use a small number of cookies to make the site work and to understand traffic in aggregate. These tell us things like how many people read a story, not who those people are. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work. If we ever add advertising or third-party tracking, we will update this page and ask for consent where the law requires it.
We use what little we collect to send the newsletter you asked for, to keep the site running and secure, and to decide what to cover more or less of. That is the whole list. We do not build advertising profiles on you.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate, such as our email and analytics tools, and only so they can do that job. We may also disclose information if the law genuinely requires it.
Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link, and it works on the first click. You can also email us to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Depending on where you live, GDPR or CCPA may give you formal rights along these lines, and we will honour them.
We link out to operators, regulators, and other publications constantly. Once you follow a link, you are on their turf and their privacy practices apply, not ours. It is worth reading their policies if you are unsure.
This site covers gambling and is meant for adults. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date at the top. For anything privacy-related, email us at privacy@igamingnews.io.
